Terms & Conditions

Version 2026-06-15 · last updated 15 June 2026.

These terms govern your use of Millennium Signal (the “Service”), published by Riccardo Murciano (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or receiving the briefing, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Millennium Signal is an independent, AI-assisted intelligence briefing delivered by email at a cadence you choose. It is an editorial and informational product.

2. Eligibility & your account

You must be 18 or older and provide a valid email address you control. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may sign in with email and password or with Google.

3. Subscription, cadence & changes

You choose your topics, sources, and delivery cadence, and you can change or stop them at any time. The Service is currently provided free of charge; if paid plans are introduced, separate pricing and payment terms will apply and will be shown to you before you pay.

4. Acceptable use

The briefing is for your personal use. You may not resell or systematically redistribute it, scrape or bulk-extract it, attempt to disrupt the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The briefing’s selection, synthesis, and presentation are ours; we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it. Third-party sources we cite remain the property of their respective owners and are linked for attribution.

6. Not professional advice

The briefing is general information only. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and must not be relied on as such. Always do your own research and seek a qualified professional before making decisions. You are solely responsible for any action you take based on the briefing.

7. AI-generated content & accuracy

Content is synthesised by automated systems from public sources and may contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date information. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of accuracy or completeness to the extent permitted by law.

8. Availability

We aim to deliver reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery, and we may modify or discontinue the Service.

9. Your data

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Notice. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time using the link in every edition.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and unsubscribe at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the briefing. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version and date above will change, and we will notify you of material changes where appropriate.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes are subject to the competent Dutch courts.
